About this course
B2.1 is where Spanish becomes a tool for real intellectual engagement. Building on upper-intermediate foundations, this course focuses on precision — developing the grammar, vocabulary, and discourse skills needed to argue a point, discuss complex topics, and express nuance. You'll work with advanced structures, sharpen your reading and listening on authentic materials, and practise adapting your language to different situations and registers. Classes are small and discussion-led, pushing you to think and respond in Spanish with growing confidence.
What you’ll learn
- Use advanced grammar structures — including the subjunctive across tenses — accurately and naturally
- Structure and defend arguments clearly in both spoken and written Spanish
- Discuss abstract, professional, and real-world topics with precision and fluency
- Adapt your language to different registers, contexts, and audiences
- Develop sophisticated vocabulary and engage confidently with authentic Spanish texts
Spaces are limited to 8 students per group.
