About this course
A2.3 is where intermediate Spanish starts to feel natural. Building on A2.1 and A2.2, this course refines your use of the past tenses and introduces the subjunctive mood — a key step towards sounding genuinely fluent. You'll move beyond textbook phrases and develop the confidence to express real thoughts, opinions, and ideas in Spanish. Classes are small and conversation-led, giving you plenty of time to practise with others at the same stage.
What you’ll learn
- Use the preterite and imperfect tenses together to narrate events and describe situations
- Understand and use the present subjunctive in common everyday contexts
- Express opinions, preferences, and polite disagreement with greater accuracy
- Follow and contribute to faster, more natural conversations on familiar topics
- Expand your vocabulary into more abstract and expressive territory
Spaces are limited to 8 students per group.
